What We Believe
At STAND, we believe that a leader is honourable in direct proportion to the personal risks that they take for their opinion. There is no success to be found in making decisions where then sacrifice doesn't include an implication of the individual making them. Everything starts with the leader, including the training and development. We can help.
Meet our founder
Kaine Ogden
With over a decade of experience leading teams, Kaine has developed a lead by example framework to tackle the mercurial challenges of the 21st century leader. His previous role as the General Manager of the Regatta Hotel, coupled with his 8 years of experience as an Infantry soldier, has earned him a reputation as a revered leader across several industries.
In addition to his time spent leading teams, Kaine also invested in studies in psychology, training and assessment, and business. Not known to pull punches, he has also held leadership positions in regional-level rugby and B2C volunteering.
As a fierce proponent of professional development, Kaine has influenced hundreds of his team members to wakeup and play a more active role in their lives. He will use every arrow in his quiver to build better leaders; provided they possess the humility and desire to improve. Home is Brisbane, where he lives with his beautiful wife, Holly, and their 3 children.
